The European Consumer Centre’s Network has been providing free-of-charge assisstance to consumers experiencing cross-border problems with vendors from other EU countries, Norway and Iceland. The past decade is reflected in the report on years 2005 to 2014.
The number of consumer contacts within the ECC-Net increased again in 2013. Information about activities of the ECC-Net is available in its annual report.
In 2012, the European Consumer Centres’ Network was very active. Information kits for fans travelling to the London Olympics and the football European Championships in Poland were two of its joint projects.
