Publications of the ECC-Net

The European Consumer Centres carry out common projects focused on various fields of cross-border shopping within the European Union and its common market. The reports summarizing the knowledge gained from the projects can be found here.

ECC-Net Anniversary Report 2005-2014


The European Consumer Centre's Network has been providing free-of-charge assisstance to consumers experiencing cross-border problems with vendors from other EU countries, Norway and Iceland. The past decade is reflected in the affixed report.
